[EVENT] 2019 KoreaCharityRide: Registration

From 15th to 16th June 2019, we would like to invite riders who have a warm and healthy heart. In the name of charity, we will ride 500km from Busan to Seoul for 2 days on a safe bicycle path with little or no traffic.

 

This year, you can choose between ‘Full course’ and ‘Half course’. The full course will take you from Busan to Seoul on June 15th and 16th, and half course (180km) will be from Mungyeng to Seoul on June 16th. There will be availability for 25 teams to ride the full course and 10 teams to ride the half course.

 

How to participate is as follows. If you enter your personal information for the team with the participation link (Naver form) below, we will send you a donation account and a charity selected by the Korea Charity Ride Organizing Committee. Please send your donation (minimum KRW 100,000 per person) to the organizing committee to complete your application for Korea Charity Ride.

1. How to Apply

(1)Registration will be open on 11th March, 2019 through on-line application. (NAVER)

(2)A maximum of 25 teams can join and each team is required to have 4 members (Full course). For the half-course, a maximum of 10 teams can join. Also, each team is required to have at least 4 members, too.

(4) You will receive a text message when you successfully complete the on-line registration. The text message means that your application has been accepted.

(5) You have to deposit at least 100,000 KRW per person. Please send your donation receipt to ‘hans@khg.kr’ so we can process your application.

 

2. Donation Qualification Process:

: We will send the account information of the selected charity through text (SMS) to the participants who have successfully completed the application. Please email the secretariat with your contribution. The details of the donation should be confirmed by the account transfer information, the date, and the name of the donor. After confirming this, the secretariat will send you an SMS informing you that the application has been finalized. – After you have received an SMS from the secretariat, please transfer your donation.
